Jess has counselled in career development services for over a decade and is a certified career development practitioner. Over the past two decades, Jess has worked in social services with people from all walks of life, including persons managing disabilities, victims of intimate partner violence, newcomers to Canada, those navigating mental health and/or substance use disorder, and members of the 2SLGTBQ+ community. She draws tools and techniques from narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
With 130 client hours and counting, Jess works under the guidance of seasoned supervisor and therapist Barb Aronchick-Zachernuk. Jess welcomes clients of all ages.
