Caitlin works with teens, adults, and couples from all backgrounds and experiences. She also has experience working with adults from 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. She specializes in trauma, providing space, knowledge, and skills for clients to move forward. She is also experienced in working with anxiety (including obsessive compulsive disorders), depression, body image, grief, and addiction.

Caitlin offers treatment through Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and trauma-based approaches such as Polyvagal Theory. Her goal is to offer every client a safe and supportive environment to express themselves, make insights, and learn new skills.
