Andrea Stenerson is a compassionate and experienced art therapist and counselor with over 25 years of guiding people through life’s challenges. She believes deeply in the power of creativity, connection, and a holistic approach to healing. Andrea brings together her expertise in art therapy, Counselling, and trauma-informed care to provide a safe and supportive space for clients of all ages to navigate the complexities of life.

With a foundation in psychology and a diploma in art therapy, Andrea has honed her skills through decades of working with diverse communities, including survivors of domestic violence, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals seeking to reconnect with themselves. Her practice incorporates expressive therapies such as art, music, and drama, along with training in attachment theory, temperaments, and nutrition, creating a truly integrative approach to mental health.

Andrea is also a lover of yoga, nature, and meditation, and she often draws inspiration from these practices to help clients find balance and inner peace. Her background in theatre, somatic work, and NIA instruction allows her to weave body-centered techniques into therapy, helping clients reconnect with their bodies as part of their healing journey.
