Connection in relationships can lead to healing. My hope is to work with you for your joy, using solution-focused questions to discover your best hopes. By emphasizing what you will be doing instead of what you have been doing and then bringing your strengths and resources into your present and future, you can live in a way that is just right for you.
I have partnered with people of all ages and cultural and religious backgrounds in their desire to live their best life. As a Christian Counsellor, I am encouraging of a client’s interest in seeking answers to questions about the meaning and purpose of one’s life. We can explore these questions together so that you can live in a way that is true to your own beliefs. I also have experience with supporting individuals through life’s transitions including grief and loss.
Supporting and advocating for neurodiversity and inclusion is one of my main areas of expertise and competency. I can also facilitate the learning and practising of communication and self-advocacy skills.
