MACP, RCC, CCC

Kate specializes in Depth Therapy and Shadow Work, using Jungian principles to help clients seek not only relief but also a deeper understanding of the patterns and unconscious beliefs shaping their experiences. She also brings experience and care to working with adults navigating neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and autism.

Her approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centred. She draws on various therapeutic modalities such as Sandplay Therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This diverse approach creates a tailored and supportive space for each individual’s healing journey.

Kate works with both individuals and couples.
