Hi! I’m Shivani, and I'm grateful you're here. I know that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or vulnerable at times, and I value creating a space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. People come to therapy for many different reasons, sometimes to process difficult experiences, sometimes to better understand themselves and their relationships, and sometimes simply to have a space where they don’t have to carry everything alone. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine human connection.

As a first-generation South Asian woman, I understand how culture, family relationships, identity, and lived experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I care deeply about creating a space that feels respectful, culturally sensitive, and emotionally safe for people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

I support children, youth, adults, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, identity exploration, family dynamics, burnout, and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to working with children through play-based and developmentally supportive approaches that create opportunities for expression, curiosity, connection, and emotional growth in ways that feel natural and comfortable for them. Alongside my therapeutic work, I have a strong interest in mindfulness, meditation, neuroscience, and the nervous system, particularly in understanding how our emotional experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.Whether you’re looking for support, connection, deeper self-understanding, or simply a space to feel heard, I’m here to support you in a way that feels authentic and attuned to you.

I’m happy to connect for a brief 10–15 minute consultation to see whether we may be a good fit to work together.
