Sarah Shelin
Practicum Student
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a Master of Counselling student completing my internship. I feel honoured to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, and my hope is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and cared for. My gentle and collaborative approach is guided by curiosity.
I use an integrative, person-centred approach, drawing on family systems and attachment perspectives, narrative therapy, solution-focused practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed care. I help clients explore their unique strengths, values, and stories to foster growth, healing, and meaningful change.
