Carol Rogers

MC, CCC (CCPA)

Connection in relationships can lead to healing. My hope is to work with you for your joy, using solution-focused questions to discover your best hopes. By emphasizing what you will be doing instead of what you have been doing and then bringing your strengths and resources into your present and future, you can live in a way that is just right for you.

Sarah Shelin, MC

Hi, I’m Sarah. I hold a Master of Counselling and feel privileged to walk with people as they navigate life’s challenges. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and cared for.

My gentle and collaborative approach is grounded in curiosity and connection. I believe that each person brings their own unique strengths, values, experiences, and stories to counselling. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and work toward meaningful growth and change.
