Krista Kleemann

MACP, RCC

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and bring a compassionate, person-centered, and strength-based approach to my work. I am passionate about supporting children, youth, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, equipping them with the tools and skills they need to feel empowered. I am committed to walking alongside individuals as they discover their authentic selves and firmly believe that every person has a story worth hearing.

Having grown up in Greenwood, Nova Scotia within a military family, I understand the unique experiences and transitions that come with military life. I also bring four years of experience working in the school system as an Educational Assistant, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact mental health has on young people. My work in a life skills program allowed me to support students with FASD, autism, learning disabilities, and behavioural challenges. As someone who is neurodiverse, I am especially passionate about supporting other neurodiverse individuals and their families, helping them build skills, foster resilience, and find healing.

As a Christian Counsellor, I value each client’s desire to understand their sense of purpose and direction. I offer a supportive space where we can reflect on these meaningful questions together, empowering you to live in a way that reflects your personal beliefs.

My goal is to help individuals find hope during difficult times and to support families in their healing journey by providing the strategies and strengths needed to grow, thrive, and move forward with confidence.
