Welcome!

We are Island Community Counselling, the counselling and psychotherapy arm of Vancouver Island Community Counselling and Community Services, a non-profit society on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

We’ve been around since the mid-90s providing affordable, accessible, safe, and professional therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy for the mid-Vancouver Island communities, regardless of one’s age, sexual identity or expression, colour, creed, ethnicity, values, beliefs, or country of origin.

We work to create a safe space that fosters the growth and increased wellness of individuals, couples, and families through individual and group therapy.

Our diverse group of 30+ therapists are passionate about supporting you in reaching your mental wellness goals.

We invite you to read about each team member in the “Our Staff” tab in the menu above and consider who might be the best person to join you on your healing journey.

We have 5 locations on Vancouver Island:

Campbell River, Comox, Parksville, Nanaimo, and Duncan

We also work virtually using Zoom and other confidential on-line platforms.
